I do encourage you to examine the study of personality analysis that exists on this site, but… for those with passive interest, here is the instructive text that I’ve pulled from from old FLASH program that doesn’t work any more. It gives you an idea of what each position indicates and offers a brief description of how each number might be expressed in each of those positions.
The Name Numbers Diagram can be viewed several different ways.
If you like someone, something or yourself, you could view each position as all GOOD.
If you hate someone, something or yourself, you could view each position as all BAD.
A more common or default way to view the chart is to view the SUN and FACE side as GOOD and the BACK and MOON side as BAD.
If you are using the GOOD vs. BAD method of analysis:
With this method, it’s all about Persona vs Shadow; the GOOD POSITIVE and BAD NEGATIVE (GP vs BN).
THE SUN = Nourishing people, places and things you are naturally drawn to, like a plant toward the sun. It represents conditions that would be ideal for you. I represents your personal benefactor. It’s a good day when you get this. It’s what you want and need.
THE FACE = The “Face” or “Persona” you display for others. It represents your strengths; your appearances. Continuing the plant analogy, it represents the leaves that you face to the SUN. It is your personal potential being realized and drawn out of you. It is you putting your best foot forward. It’s the good you.
THE HEAD = The core of your “Persona” that guides you. It represents your values, beliefs, morals and ethics. Continuing the plant analogy, it is the trunk of your tree. To use another analogy, it represents the character of the Captain at the helm of your ship; your guiding voice. It’s what keeps you good.
THE BACK = The “Face” or “Persona” that you hide from others; your shadow side. It represents your weaknesses, or your own perception of a weakness that you may very well overcompensate for and turn into a strength, but will always see in yourself as a weakness; a “blind spot” of self perception that never goes away. It’s unrealized potential. It is your self-destructive low self esteem self.
THE MOON = Detrimental people, places and things that you are naturally repulsed by and avoid. It represents conditions that would be disastrous for you. It represents your personal nemesis. It’s a bad day when you get this. It is what you hate.
If you are using the ALL GOOD method of analysis:

It’s all Persona.
THE SUN = Nourishing people, places and things that you are consciously drawn to for reasons you clearly understand. Things you see as practical needs.
THE FACE = Conscious and deliberate behavior that you wear, like clothes, to show others who you are, and to get what you want or need from your SUN number. Your most obvious qualities and qualifications. How you attract others. It also represents how you react when you do get what you want or need from your SUN number; when you get your wish.
THE HEAD = The core values that you like to see and admire in others; a shared philosophy of goodness and progress.
THE BACK = The unconscious and idiosyncratic inclinations that others see as endearing qualities that come across without your knowledge. Your most charming behavior. It also represents how you react when you get what you want or need from your MOON number; when you unconscious realize that your are getting something you didn’t know you wanted.
THE MOON = Nourishing people, places and things that you are unconsciously drawn to for reasons you do not clearly understand and are hard to explain to others. Things you see as necessary.
If you are using the ALL BAD method of analysis:
With this approach, it’s all about being conscious or unconscious in your awareness,
in BAD POSITIVE and BAD NEGATIVE ways (BP and BN).
It’s all Shadow.
THE SUN = Destructive people, places and things that your are consciously repelled by and hate, for reasons you clearly understand. This is a visible enemy.
THE FACE = Conscious and deliberate behavior or affectations that you wear, like a mask, to impress others. It also represents armor to repel others. Your most noticeable annoying behavior. It also represents how you react when you do get something you don’t want or need from your SUN number; when you encounter your worst nightmare.
THE HEAD = The core values that you hate to see in others. Or, if you are truly evil, values you like to see in others; a shared philosophy of evil and destruction.
THE BACK = Unconscious behavior and attitudes that you wear to repel others. Your worst behavior, whether destructive to yourself or others. Your most subliminally annoying behavior. It’s how you react when you encounter undesirable influences from your MOON number; when you encounter your worst nightmare.
THE MOON = Destructive people, places and things that you are unconsciously repelled by for reasons you do not clearly understand and are hard to explain to others. Things you see as threatening.
Now that you are familiar with how the diagram represents you and your surroundings. Here are some keywords to help understand your specific numerical outcome.
GP1:
Person: These people are really really smart, and quick too. They are the brainy, intellectual type.
They are usually one or two steps ahead of everyone else.
They take a personal approach, taking care of number one. They love being the center of attention They get a thrill out of being first at anything.
Their thinking is often too high level for others to keep up. But you can trust them to use their intelligence for good and not evil.
They are all about intelligence and the mind and understanding how things work.
They believe that life is about the right of the individual to be an individual. They are very independent and self-reliant, and like to be off on their own. "He who travels fastest travels alone"
They are very scrupulous. They consider everyone and everything.
They are good at inventing things from scratch. They are very original thinkers. They are also very resourceful in an ingenious Macgyver-esque sort of way. They are always thinking - "There is no off on the genius switch"
If you approach them in a good way, they will listen and think about what you say. They are all there, an awesome presence, which adds to their romantic nature, because they are always thinking of you. But not to the exclusion of themselves, they are survivors.
If outside number is good they feel ignited, like the smartest person alive. They can't wait to get started. They are real self starters. They learn real fast.
No matter what happens, they always feel like a survivor, and are always considering how things will affect them.
BP1:
Person: These people are too smart for their own good. They are the snobby, conceited type.
They are usually trying to outsmart, outwit and one up everyone else. They are pompous and look down on everyone else as stupid compared to them.
They often go to great lengths to convince people that they are in fact smarter than they actually are. They take a egotistical approach, only thinking about themselves. They are only concerned with how things will affect them. They are self-centered, not selfish as in "what's in it for me," just "how will this effect me." They will be the first to forget the little people along the way.
Their thinking is often too esoteric for others to figure out. They don't want you to know what they know. They are always calculating another angle on the situation with single-minded determination.
They are all about being first. They are most likely to be butting in line, it's always "me first, me first."
They believe that life is about "me, myself and I." The often too independent for their own good and miss out on things because they are off figuring things out for themselves. They are fiercely independent to the point of not needing need anyone but themselves. While at the same time, they have to be the center of attention wherever they go.
They are presumptuous. They will anticipate your thoughts and try and think and speak for you.
They are not good at minding their own business. They are very nosy people, they eavesdrop on conversations that don't concern them. They can't help but listen, they hear everything, like it or not. They can hear you peal a banana in the next room.
If you approach them in a bad way, they will wield their superior intellect over you and put you in your place, making you feel stupid.
If outside number goes bad they feel alarmed. They will jump the gun. They will feel a need for speed.
No matter what happens, they always feel superior to you.
GN1:
Person: These people are charmingly naive. They are the strong silent, sometimes quiet, mousy, demure type.
They are just as smart as anyone, but they usually take longer to think about things. They are more pensive and introspective. "still water runs deep."
They enjoy the solitude of their own company and living in their head. This is often taken the wrong way by friends and family as antisocial, or shy behavior. Fact is, they are just comfortable with being alone.
They are very modest with their displays of intelligence. They don't want to shine too brightly lest they attract too much attention. They know how smart they are.
They have a childlike innocence about them that is endearing and non-threatening.
They know when to hold and when to fold. They know that sometimes it's better to do nothing, and not think about it. They usually take a somewhat innocent and artless approach to things, they don't pretend to be an expert on anything.
Their thinking is delightfully unpretentious. They are not trying to impress anyone with their intellect.
They are all about abstinence. Sometimes NOT doing something is just as important as DOING something.
They believe that life is about fate, karma, kismet. They will be happy with whatever comes along.
They are monastic, chaste or even celibate. Again, not doing something has its own virtue. They prefer to remain anonymous and behind the scenes.
They are good at sitting still in silence. They are stoic. "Sometimes you just have to turn off your brain."
If you approach them in a good way, they will break their silence, but probably still speak softly. Don't ask them to yell across the room.
If their outside number is good they feel fortunate.
No matter what happens, they always feel eternally young.
BN1:
Person: These people are stupid. They are the moronic, witless type.
They are usually two or three steps behind everyone else. They take a dim-witted approach to everything, usually missing the point entirely. They don't know what's going on at all, they are clueless.
Their thinking is dull, spark-less and unoriginal. They can't figure anything out on their own. If they do, it takes the forever!
They are all about fatalism. They don't really care what's coming. They think that everything is pointless. They are weak willed, victims of Fate, unable to do anything but accept whatever is in store.
They believe that life is about..."duh, what was the question?"
They are infantile and childish. They hate being the center of attention, for fear that it will reveal their lack of intelligence.
They are not good at breaking inertia. They procrastinate their life away. If they ever do start something, it never really goes anywhere.
If you approach them in a bad way they clam up and will not say anything. They will give you the icy cold shoulder.They are often cold and impassive and without emotion.
If their outside number goes bad they feel inferior and stupid. They feel like an insignificant spec in the universe. They are lonely and don't know what to do about it. They are most likely to commit suicide.
No matter what happens, they always feel like a doofus beginner who doesn't know anything.
GP2:
Person: These people are a walking sunny day! They are the animated, cheerful type. Every day is a good day to them.
They are fascinating to watch. They will mesmerize you. They have a magnetic personality.
They are usually very responsive to people around them, often mirroring or mimicking their mood. Their straightforward approach can sometimes be taken as a bit too direct at times, but they like eye contact and face to face relationships.
Their thinking is very balanced. They are very level headed and judicious. They are not often surprised.
They are all about vision, motion and balance. They demand clear vision, and are probably most likely to be wearing contact lenses, if for no other reason than to project an image of clear sight.
They believe life is about equality and balance, and enjoying the gift of each day. They like to be active. "actions speak louder than words."
They are objective and open-minded. They like to examine both sides of things.
They are good at motivating others with their vision and enthusiasm. They are very inspiring and uplifting to be around.
If you approach them in a good way they will reveal themselves to you completely. They don't hide anything, they prefer to "spit it out" without hesitation "there, I said it"
If their outside number is good they feel motivated and inspired, like the sun coming out from behind the clouds. They will get up and go!
No matter what happens, they always feel optimistic. "always look on the bright side of life."
BP2:
Person: These people are usually high-strung and compulsive and a little too cheerful. They are the nervous, impatient type.
They are not likely to stop for your detours. So don't get in their way! They move at one speed, their speed. Don't try to slow them or rush them.
They are usually so frenetic and ebullient that they end up spitting in your face as the speak! They are most likely to choke to death from eating too fast.
They have no filter on their speech, it just comes out, like throwing up on you. Their rampant and unrelenting approach is like a runaway train that you can't avoid. They will flatten you like a steamroller.
Their thinking is often very stagnant, due to an extreme bipolar nature that remains eternally unresolved.
They are all about following a direct, uninterrupted path to a goal. They are most likely to walk straight into traffic to pursue their vision. Their actions are often egregious. They don't care who is watching.
They believe life is about motion, if you stop you die.
They are biased and unrelenting.
They are not good at sitting still and waiting. They have to go, go, go.
If you approach them in a bad way they will mock you. They will face off and oppose you, holding a mirror up to your unwelcome presence. They are sometimes extremely terse and tactless.
If their outside number goes bad they feel restless and fidgety. They will pace the floor all night.
No matter what happens, they always feel optimistic. Usually a bit too optimistic, even to other optimists. That's what keeps them going.
GN2:
Person: These people are usually very mellow and laid back. They are the mysterious and spontaneous type, sometimes even a bit quirky.
They prefer to remain inconspicuous or even hidden, you must not look directly at them.
They are often a bit melancholy, or at least wistful and reflective.
They have a poetic, impressionistic view of things. A strong sense of irony.
They are very patient, willing to wait as long as it takes for what they want. While at the same time, a bit apprehensive or anticipatory, like a child waiting for the Jack-in-the-box to pop. They are often a bit secretive in their indirect approach to things. They don't like to be too obvious.
Their thinking is dichotomous, but usually with a known bias or preference.
They are all about suspense and intrigue. They like to make you wait, wait for the surprise. They are most likely to plan a surprise party.
They believe that life is about the twists and turns in the road and enjoying the scenic path you are on.
They are discrete and indirect. Their indirect glances and batting eyelashes can be bewitching to some "who is that behind those Foster Grants?"
They are good at indirect vision. They are sometimes blessed with "special" vision that can see around corners! They are clairvoyant. They see auras too.
If you approach them in a good way they will envelope you, and put you at ease. They will melt you like butter.
If their outside number is good they feel relaxed and at ease themselves, like melting butter.
No matter what happens, they always feel sufficiently masked from your stares.
BN2:
Person: These people are extremely moody and depressing. They are the pessimistic, gloomy type. Every day is a rainy day to them.
They are lost souls, living under dark storm clouds that follow them wherever they go.
They are extremely unmotivated. They are most likely to spend their life in bed, never getting up to do anything. They usually take a pessimistic approach to things. They need to perpetuate the gloom that surrounds them, they don't want to be that happy.

They are evasive, inscrutable and sometimes even occult, blowing smoke screens and other tactics of obfuscation. They will lead you down a long crooked, primrose path in their explanation of anything...and probably loose their way. They are sometimes a bit spooky in their mysterious, occult ways. Sometimes a bit squirly too.
They are not good with time. They are always late. Time has no meaning to them. You need to be on their clock, whatever that is.
If you approach them in a bad way, they will bite your head off in a fit of blind anger, not even realizing how abrupt they are being.
If their outside number goes bad they feel depressed and take their foot off the gas and slow to a stop.
No matter what happens, they always feel depressed. "life is a shit sandwich, and then you die."
GP3:
Person: These people are usually extremely nice and kind. They love everyone! They are in love with life! They are the kind, sympathetic type.
They usually have a nice big smile and a kind word for everyone.
They are very gracious and polite with a gentle touch. They have inner beauty, regardless of how physically beautiful they may or may not be.
They are usually very neat, clean and well groomed. They don't obsess over appearances, they just like to look good and display their innate sense of style. They are usually very careful in their approach to things, they have a sensitive mind.
Their thinking is usually very polished, elegant, simple.
They are all about life, love and the pursuit of happiness and pleasure.
They believe life is about bonding with people as well as nature. They are most likely to be non-murderous vegetarian.
They are very sympathetic and care about you, even if they don't know you that well. They are often very emotional expressive of their feelings. They feel what you feel.
They are good with things that involve a sensitive mind or light touch. They are usually very creative, artistic, musical, or talented in some way, even if it's not art. They have natural abilities that amaze and frustrate struggling artists. They have lilt.
If you approach them in a good way, they might just kiss you, or at least hug you. They are most likely to be touching you as they speak. They are very touchy feelie.
If their outside number is good they feel extreme pleasure, as if touched by the hand of God, and will feel compelled to create.

BP3:
Person: These people are usually way too sensitive. They are the anal-retentive, prima-donna type and fuss and fret over anything and everything.
They are narcissistic and vain, and think they are perfect in every way.
They are usually obsessed with their appearance, especially the women who freak over the slightest blemish or wrinkle. They think they are beautiful even when they are not. They are usually pretty formal and patronizing in their approach to things, wanting everything to be perfect.
Their thinking is usually pretty simplistic, and rarefied. They don't want to be bothered with elaborate thinking.
They are all about style, even if is impractical and without function. They think they have style, even when they don't. Looking good is more important than anything. They are most likely to get frostbite in winter.
They believe life is about the pursuit of perfection. They are the most likely to pursue cosmetic surgery.
They are hedonistic and licentious, seeking pleasures of any kind that will sooth their thin skin. They like to be naked and feel things up close and personal.
They are not good at suppressing their emotions. They are most likely to be crying during a tender, emotional moment in a movie. They are way too sappy and sentimental, with profuse emotional empathy. They kill you with kindness. They are just too nice, it's sickening.
If you approach them in a bad way, they will fall back onto their fainting couch, with the back of their hand to their forehead and feign hurt feelings until you come to console them.
If their outside number goes bad they feel abused. They are very thin-skinned. It doesn't take much to bruise them. They need a lot of pampering.
No matter what happens, they always feel squeamish and fragile.
GN3:
Person: These people are usually a little rough around the edges. They are the rustic, outdoorsy, bohemian type.
They lead a somewhat austere lifestyle, not availing themselves of every creature comfort. They are most likely to live in a rammed earth house.
They do not seek perfection, but instead enjoy the character of the roughhewn nature of things.
They prefer casual attire, and a carefree attitude. They usually let it all hang out and go natural. They are most likely to be unshaven.

They are often a bit crude and primitive. They may step on a few toes now and then, but they mean no harm. They are most likely to be apologizing for swearing in front of the children.
They are good with animals. They identify with nature and living in the wild. They are not always vegetarians though. But if they do kill an animal, they will thank it for giving it's life so that they could eat. They do not kill for sport.
If you approach them in a good way, they will sacrifice of themselves for what you offer. They are not afraid to feel a little pain.
If their outside number is good they don't care, whatever you throw at them they can take. They have very thick skin. They have callouses on their emotions, but are not completely without empathy, they just have thicker skin than most of us. They don't need a lot of pampering, they are proud of their scars.
No matter what happens, they always feel close to the earth.
BN3:
Person: These people are usually mean and nasty and altogether unpleasant. They are the boorish, brazen, barbaric type.
They usually have a scowl and a grumpy or mean word for everyone. They swear like a sailor.
They are rude, crude and socially unattractive, you can't take them anywhere! "mean Mr. Mustard" They take a sloppy approach to everything, because they don't care! Fuck you. They are usually un-groomed, they don't care what they look like, they have no sense of style at all.
Their thinking is usually way to complex, and usually full of flaws.
They are all about pain. Giving pain, getting pain, or just the general misery of the human condition.
They believe life is about backstabbing hatred. "kill or be killed." They are most likely to kill for sport.
They are extremely unsympathetic, they don't care about you or anyone. They hate everyone! They hate life! They are miserable and don't care who knows.
They are not good at anything, they are totally inept. They have no talent whatsoever, so they lash out with violence instead. They are like a bull in a china shop. Put anything in their charge and it will be screwed up in no time.
If you approach them in a bad way, they will cut you. They can be very mean, vicious and violent, and won't stop until they draw blood. They would be most likely to be accused of murder.
If their outside number is bad they feel pathetic, awkward, clumsy. They will drop the ball, fall off the stage, or break something for sure, just watch. They are all thumbs, with two left feet.
No matter what happens, they always feel bitter, sad and flawed.
GP4:
Person: These people are usually big, bold and boisterous. They are the strong, heroic type.
They are charismatic, the power they wield is impressive to others, and draws people to them. They take an aggressive approach to things, asserting themselves. They are brave.
Their thinking is usually pretty basic, sticking to tried and true fundamentals that work. They are very organized and ready to teach others.
They are all about performance, making things work, doing it. They are driven and ambitious and always prepared when opportunity knocks. "ready to go, 100%"
They believe life is about helping others. They are protective of others around them, even people they don't know. They feel a sense of obligation to empower the weak.
They are tenacious and ready to fight the good fight. They stand firm, they stick to their guns.
They are good at leading others. They are forceful and commanding and take charge to lead the way. They are always ready to work.
If you approach them in a good way, they will give you the strongest handshake ever! They like people to know how strong they are. They want to welcome you to their team.
If their outside number is good they feel empowered, driven, "pumped (clap) up!". They feel like they have bulging muscles even if they don't, men or women.
No matter what happens, they always feel in command and confident.
BP4:
Person: These people are always combative, pissed off and looking for a fight. The are the arrogant, macho, pig-headed type.
They are bigger than you and they know it, even if they really aren't any bigger than you, as is often the case in women.
They carry a chip on their shoulder, and beg you to knock it off. If you don't they'll kick the crap out of you anyway.
They have to fight, it is unavoidable. Their innate sense of combat is what causes war to persist in the world. That's right, it's not hate that perpetuates war, it's this curiously unstoppable need to fight. They need to fight the way they need sex, it simply must come out. They take a macho, muscle-bound approach to everything, bossing everyone around. They are insufferable. They are territorial, predatory and likely to push you out of the way and take charge.
Their thinking is usually pretty Neaderthalic. They resist change. "Why use a hammer, when this rock is just as good."
They are all about ego. They have egos bigger than the state of Texas. They can't understand why everyone doesn't want to be just like them. They are happiest when other people are following them around, like the game "follow the leader."
They believe that life is about conquest. "greed is good." They are usually workaholics, as well as addicted to many other things. If they quit one addiction they usually just move on to another.
They are self-aggrandizing and miserly. They are way overprotective of things and people. They feel a need to be a parent to everyone, they think that everyone they meet needs their guidance.
They are not good at controlling their temper. Stay out of the way or they will hammer you into the ground. They are most likely to be arrested for beating up their wife and/or kids.
If you approach them in a bad way, they will punch you in the nose and start a fight. They will always push back.
If their outside number goes bad they feel angry and want to hit someone. They are most likely to kick the dog when they come home from a bad day. They are most likely to put their fist through a wall. They are most likely to cause a food fight.
No matter what happens, they always feel pissed off.
GN4:
Person: These people are usually pretty affable and humble. They are the wholesome, nice guy type.
They know they don't have all the power. And if they do, so what, "here, you take some." They take a flexible approach to things. They are open to changes and suggestions. They prefer to delegate authority.
Their thinking is malleable and unassuming. They are self-deprecating and self-effacing, usually with much humor.
They are all about modesty. They don't have anything to prove to anyone. They can lead or follow, it doesn't matter. "if you know the way, I'll follow you."
They believe life is about enjoying the fruits of your labor. "don't work too hard."
They are tolerant of other people and other people's ways. They welcome the opinions of others, they might just change someone's mind.
They are good at bending when others break. They know when to fight and when to pass. They roll with the punches. They know how to use their opponent's aggression to their advantage without lifting a finger.
If you approach them in a good way, they will yield. They are not afraid to be vulnerable or submissive. They don't like to fight, they don't see any need for that.
If their outside number is good they feel laid-back and nonchalant. They will take a break and suggest you do the same.
No matter what happens, they always feel reposed.
BN4:
Person: These people are usually lazy and indolent. They are the wimpy, cowardly type. They are the hapless victims of the world.
They are powerless and they know it, and they live in constant fear every day of their life.
They are professional victims, never short of excuses. They don't stand up and take it, they collapse, they give up. They don't even try. They take a cowardly approach to everything. They run away.

They believe life is about jeopardy and instability.They are wholly uncommitted and wishy washy. They haven't the courage to make any kind of commitment. They are followers in the worst way.
They are destructive and heartless. They lie through their teeth. They are corrupt. But their bark is always way bigger than their bite, believe me.They are toothless and spineless.
They are not good at holding down a job. When the going gets tough, they quit. They are unable to stand on their own two feet.
If you approach them in a bad way, they will destroy you. They are most likely to be a shooter in a drive-by, the only way they can think of to make their bite is as big as their bark - shoot and run.
If their outside number is bad they feel threatened. They will run to their mommy for protection.
No matter what happens, they always feel afraid. "don't hurt me, quit it"
GP5:
Person: These people are usually very rational and logical. They are the practical, disciplined type.
They take control, but they are not control freaks about it. They take a conservative approach to things. "all things in moderation." They are very efficient, they develop a system that works and then refine even more.
Their thinking is usually very methodical, systematic "form follows function." They are very disciplined in thought and action. They don't mess around.
They are all about social order, law and order, ethics and morality. They are law-abiding and respectful of others. They keep the high moral ground.
They believe life is about serving the community. They are the glue that keeps people of differing sides together in a cooperative fashion.
They are impartial and neutral, serving both sides equally. They maintain normalcy. They keep the status quo what it should be.
They are good at effective communication. They say what they mean and they mean what they say.
If you approach them in a good way, they will agree and cooperate. They are ready for collaboration.
If their outside number is good they feel lucky and appreciative. They are most likely to send a thank you note.
No matter what happens, they always feel proud. They do the right thing, and feel good about it.
BP5:
Person: These people are usually very manipulative and domineering. They are the para-military, fascist type.
